Eclectricity is a piece that explores the beauty and complexity of ambient sound.

The piece begins with a sparkling atmosphere, creating a sense of calm and serenity. As the piece progresses, strings enter the scene, creating a counterpoint to the atmospheric sounds. The slow rhythms, created with synthetic sounds, bring a sense of mystery and suspense. From an aesthetic perspective, Eclectricity is an example of experimental music.

The concept revolves around electricity as the backbone of electronic music. Electricity is the energy that makes its creation possible, besides being an essential element in contemporary life. It is what powers synthesizers, samplers and other electronic instruments. This composition is an invitation to listen in a new way, paying attention to details and textures.

In Eclectricity, this energy is represented through the different sound layers. Atmospheric sounds represent the electric flow, strings represent the tension and release of electricity, and slow rhythms represent the pulse of the electrical power through glitches and noises, which are used to represent the latent energy and its abstract nature.

Eclectricity can be interpreted as a reflection on the nature of electronic music or as a sensory experience that explores its possibilities.
